Taking a break!

I hope you have had a fabulous Christmas and 2011 is coming closer and closer! Hopefully I will have some time to do a couple of challengers from time to time instead! Anyway I will let you know in January! Happy New Year! Hugs Nilla

Hello, are you busy? Christmas is around the corner, only two weeks to go! Today for "my" two challengers we are making Christmas cards! Lets roll....

This week's challenge at Stamp With Fun no 89 is Christmas! My Christmas is definitely all about the decorated Tree. In Malaysia we can buy the real thing imported from Scandinavia for a price cheaper than in Sweden!! Thanks to IKEA. The above tree comes from Mo Digital Pencil and is colored with copics. The papers are from Norway! The ticket is a digi image from PCC.
This week you can win a fabulous prize from...go and check out SWF!!!

OK, on to the next challenge.....

Dru brings us this last challenge for this year, Paper Cupcakes will take a break and come back in January. The challenge is Red/Green on you Christmas card. This week you get this fabulous snowman image stamp FREE! Perfect for your "in-the-last-minute" Christmas card. I colored him with Copics and used papers from Cosmo Cricket. Hollies from making Memories! So bye for now to PCC challenge, but remember you can always visit the store and easy buy some digis.

This year I have decided to send my own made Christmas cards to friends and family instead of selling them! However since I always give the money, I get from selling them, to charity, I will of course do so this year. I think I have made around 40 and still counting, gosh I have a lot of stash but not so much time!! Today I will show you a pink one!!

Stamp with fun and Paper Cupcakes!

Happy Monday everyone! I am glad to be back in blogland! OP went well and I have now rested for a week, still tired but Christmas is around the corner so no more time for bed, LOL! Today is Monday which means time to show my DT creations for SWF and PCC! As usual we start with

This weeks challenge is a wonderful sketch by Emmi! I have used an image by Mo's and colored it with Copics. Papers are from my stash, the clouds are from Magnolia! Here is the sketch for you to use!
And this is the price you can win this week!

This weeks challenge at PCC is by Carol and she wants us to make a Christmas Ornament, you can use any PCC image as you like. I used this pretty Owl from last year and made a key chain. The image is glued to a Tim Holtz fragment. I also will say welcome to December's guest designer who is Marsha!

Taking a short break!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends! Then I want to apologies to my blog friend Curt (please visit his wonderful blog) who happens to be an excellent card maker and also a man. In my last post I said "..so many ladies with so much talent..." Yes, but there are also many men who are very talented, so sorry!!

This is just a short note to say that I will not post anything until late next week, so there will be no DT Monday the 29 November for me. I am going in for a surgery and will not have time to make any cards. So take care and have a great week! Hugs!

Recipe book

I decided in July I was going to make a recipe book with Nina May, at Paper Cupcakes, digi images. But it was not until today I got started. I am impressed by Christine at Dolcreations, she makes the most beautiful recipe cards. She is posting the cards one by one, so I thought that's a good idea, because I will not be able to make all in one go. LOL! Not enough time. So today I will show you only the cover! It is a Maya 4x8 book which I covered with fabric in blue and green. On the inside the pages are covered with DCWV papers. So now on to color the images and find some good recipes!
