Glögg!

And what is that, you wonder? Glögg is the typically warm Swedish drink for Christmas! The recipe stamp is one from a wonderful set from Kortmakarna, designed by a blog friend, Deleelsias värld.

The recipe is:
4 dl Black currant Juice
2 dl Apple Juice
4 dl Water
1 piece of Ginger
4 Cloves (whole)
1 tsp Cardamom seeds
1 piece of cinnamon stick
You mix and let it cook together, you can add Alcohol (Wine or stronger) to spice it up!

Anyway, I made this card for two challengers, at A Spoon Full of Sugar - Non traditional Christmas colors, I figured dark blue and pink are not! I used a sketch from Papertake Weekly.

I also have recevied two awards, again, WOW! One from Hege in Norway, Thanks my friend!
And the other one from my DT friend at TMITA, Selma, Thanks my friend!

And as usual I send these on to my readers, followers and blog friends, you are the best!!

Such a beautiful card Nilla! Love the colours you have chosen and all detail. The stamp is fab and I´ll try the recipe :) Glögg tastes good on a cold winter day. Next week I´ll bake some Lussekatter (buns with saffron and raisins).

I agree with everything above. But what is a "dl"? I've never heard of that measurement before. I must be a dope huh? Thanks for sharing this. Sounds awesome. Best, Curt
