This week's challenge is make a card or else with something sparkling on it. I have used one of Nina's fabulous images, Snowman with star! For this challenge please read the instructions from Nina:

"This week's challenge has a little different twist to it. Since I have been giving away free images for 5 months now, I have given away 20 free images! How great is that?! Well, I managed to make a Valentine card, while my boys took the train to a skiing resort here in Sweden. This is with Nina May's lovely digi stamp, you can buy it here! colored with Copics and Prismas. Beautiful papers from my Swedish stash (always kept for emergencies, LOL). I used a sketch from Friday Sketchers challenge 83.

DT Monday- Merry Christmas to you!

Hello all, I hope you are not too affected by all the snow that are falling in the northern atmosphere! I am now in Sweden and freezing, it is snowing and very cold! Three days to Christmas and here are my DT cards for Stamp With Fun and There Is Magic In The Air!

SWF Challenge 38

At SWF this week we have a great sketch by Tina46! I used a new stamp from Miko and used a Glass Crackle technique from WOJ tutorials. I colored with Copics and Prismas and then added UTEE 3 times, put in the freezer for 10 min and then cracked (it was fun) the image. This poor bear have had to much Christmas, LOL! This week's prize is sponsored by Emmi.

This week's fabulous FREE digi image at TMITA is this cute Merry Moose-mas. I painted him with Copics and Prismas. For this weeks challenge, we have a sketch by Danielle and a fabulous prize!

I asked a friend to sell me some of her wonderful paper cupcakes, which I thought would be a great gift for Nina. Yatie, A Scrapping We Will Go, actually gave them to me, wow, what a generosity! Now they are in Nina's house waiting for a glass case her father will build to host them. This is the card I sent Nina together with the cupcakes. Maybe you remember, Elvis?

Good Monday everyone! Busy? I guess one should be this time of the year! I am leaving for Sweden and Christmas holiday (and a visit to Magnolia) this week, so me too busy,busy!

OK! Above is my contribution to Stamp With Fun challenge no. 37 - Little Presents. I actually only wrapped a Christmas gift (inside some note papers I bought for a friend)! Added tags with a WOJ stamp and a gingham ribbon added some flowers and felt leaves! I hope the rest of the SWF are not to mad at me for not making the gift myself, LOL! Friday again, it's been a rainy week here in Malaysia! The Christmas decorations are up in our wonderful malls, it's awesome! Now to today's card, one of my new WOJ stamps, colored with my new Prismas and some glass finish! WOJ has a wonderful sketch to follow, see below!

Glögg!

And what is that, you wonder? Glögg is the typically warm Swedish drink for Christmas! The recipe stamp is one from a wonderful set from Kortmakarna, designed by a blog friend, Deleelsias värld.

The recipe is:
4 dl Black currant Juice
2 dl Apple Juice
4 dl Water
1 piece of Ginger
4 Cloves (whole)
1 tsp Cardamom seeds
1 piece of cinnamon stick
You mix and let it cook together, you can add Alcohol (Wine or stronger) to spice it up!

Anyway, I made this card for two challengers, at A Spoon Full of Sugar - Non traditional Christmas colors, I figured dark blue and pink are not! I used a sketch from Papertake Weekly.

I also have recevied two awards, again, WOW! One from Hege in Norway, Thanks my friend!
And the other one from my DT friend at TMITA, Selma, Thanks my friend!

DT Monday - Stamp with Fun and TMITA

Hello, hope you had a great weekend! Today at Stamp With Fun we are to make a Christmas card and at TMITA anything BUT a card! Please don't forget to check out the other DTs, you find them in my left sidebar! For my Christmas card I used sweet Tilda with ginger bread to be served on the 24 December, when the Swedish celebrates their Christmas!


At TMITA the challenge is Anything but a card and to use this fabulous FREE digi image, Snow Flight. I made a small canvas for my nephew's son! Oh, look at the snowman going down the sloop, can you feel the speed, lol!

My new stamp and 2 Challenges!

I got 2 mails this week, one from Whiff of Joys stamps and one from USA. In the box from USA I found (surprise?) Prisma Colors pencils, yippee! Now I just need to figure out where to buy blending stumps, have found the OMS, so with the help of a Tim Holtz product, don't no the name, I gave it a try. The image is a mix of Copics (of course) and Prismas. However it will take some practicing using pencils instead of Copics, but I am going to have a lot of fun ( and frustration!). The challenges for this card are WOJ - Christmas and a sketch from Create4Fun!
